Welcome to Racqueteers. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content (UGC)

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and sports-focused community. All content submitted to the Service, including profile pictures, @usernames, tournament titles, banners, and logos, must be appropriate for all ages.

Strictly Prohibited Content:

• Highly Offensive Content: Nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography.
• Graphic Violence: Images or descriptions of real-world violence.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, hate, or bullying based on race, religion, gender, or orientation.
• Falsifying Data: Intentionally logging inaccurate match scores or statistics.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you upload. Tournament organizers are additionally responsible for ensuring their event titles, logos, and banners comply with these guidelines.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Racqueteers administrators have the absolute right (but not the obligation) to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates these Terms.

• Suspension of Content: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or disable your public profile or any tournament you have published if they are found to contain offensive or prohibited content.
• Blocking & Reporting: We provide in-app tools for users to block participants and report content that violates these guidelines. All reports are reviewed by an administrator within 24 hours.

4. Subscriptions and Organizer Fees

If you purchase a Pro Subscription or pay a Tournament Organizer Fee to enable live scoring, you agree to provide valid payment information. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, Razorpay, or Stripe).

Racqueteers does not participate in, collect, or facilitate any financial transactions between players and independent tournament organizers regarding tournament entry fees. Any disputes related to user-hosted tournaments must be resolved directly with the respective organizer.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Racqueteers and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or the User Conduct Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Racqueteers, nor its affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be preceded by at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.
