Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy details how Racqueteers handles refunds and cancellations for services and features provided within the application.

1. Player Pro Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

Racqueteers offers a "Pro Subscription" for players who wish to access advanced game insights and an ad-free experience.

2. Tournament Organizer Fees

Racqueteers charges tournament organizers a fee to enable live public scoring for their tournaments on our platform.

3. Third-Party Transactions (User-Hosted Events)

Racqueteers serves strictly as a scoring and bracket management utility. We do not participate in, collect, or facilitate any financial transactions between players and independent tournament organizers regarding tournament entry fees.

Any disputes regarding entry fees paid to a tournament organizer must be resolved entirely and directly with that organizer. Racqueteers bears no liability for refunds pertaining to player entry fees.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds for Organizer Fees processed directly on our web platform (excluding App Store/Play Store purchases) will be initiated within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment method, typically taking up to 14 business days.
